Can you have more than 1 membership?
Yes, you can be a member at each site.
If I am a family plan customer, can I have different cars at each site and still get the discount?
No, for the system to recognize the customer it must be on the same site for the discount to apply.
Why can’t I use the membership at any site?
The locations are made up of different ownership.
What If I signed up at Rhawnhurst(Roosevelt Blvd) a few days ago and I want to move my membership to another site? Do I have to wait, or can I receive a refund?
Please fill out the form here, and your membership will be canceled and moved to your desired. If your membership is more than 14 days from expiring, you will receive a partial refund. If it is less than 14 days from renewal, then no refunds will be given. Your membership at the new location will be discounted for the 1st month to $9.99/mo(+tax).
